Volume of Triangular Prisms
A triangular prism is exactly half a rectangular prism — the triangle base is half the rectangle. Students see that the prism formula works for any prism: find the base area, multiply by height. This generalizes beautifully and sets up the cylinder volume formula in Grade 7.
